How to Make Your Own Kettlebells

Although kettlebells have been around for over 100 years, in the last five years, they have become one of the major exercise and fitness programs. In fact, most people don’t know that kettle bells used aerobically will burn more calories within a given time frame than any other form of cardio exercise. In a study The American Council on Exercise found  participants burned 272 calories in a 20 minute kettlebell workout. That’s approximately 820 cal an hour which would be near impossible to reach on a treadmill or an elliptical. Kettlebells can be very expensive and  so we are providing some videos that would help you make your own for less than 25% of the normal cost.
