Atlanta continues the past of political anarchy

According to the  Atlanta Constitution journal,  The Black Leadership Forum published a memo encouraging Atlanta voters  in essence, to vote for the black candidates regardless of qualifications. James H. Welcome published the memo in the Newsmaker Journal, (at newsmakerslive.com). Atlanta is at the top of the list of the major cities that need to elect a mayor that can correct the problems created by the inept Franklin administration.
